This Privacy Policy explains how WSF Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Wild Set Free ("Wild Set Free," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with www.wildsetfree.com, our membership platform, video streaming areas, galleries, newsletters, forms, promotions, and related services (the "Service").

This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Cookie Notice.

This Policy applies to visitors, registered users, members, newsletter subscribers, prospective customers, and individuals who contact us. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not control, even if they are linked from our Service.

Examples: Account login credentials and payment-related credentials handled by service providers. We do not seek to collect government IDs, precise geolocation, health data, or information about sex life/sexual orientation from users.

5. How We Use Personal Information

  • Provide, operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.

  • Create and manage accounts, memberships, subscriptions, access permissions, cancellations, upgrades, downgrades, and billing support.

  • Stream videos, display galleries, measure video performance, and manage content access.

  • Process payments, prevent fraud, detect abuse, resolve disputes, and comply with payment-provider requirements.

  • Respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and communicate about your account or subscription.

  • Send newsletters, updates, marketing, launch announcements, and membership information, subject to your preferences and applicable law.

  • Measure site traffic, understand audience behavior, improve content, personalize the Service, and test site performance.

  • Display contextual or other advertising in ad-supported areas of the Service and measure ad performance.

  • Protect our rights, content, models, creators, users, vendors, and business operations.

Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, Swiss data protection law, or similar laws apply, we rely on the following legal bases:

Providing memberships, account access, video streaming, billing, and support — Performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

Security, fraud prevention, analytics, service improvement, business records — Legitimate interests, balanced against your rights and expectations.

Marketing emails and non-essential cookies where required — Consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

  • Video hosting and streaming providers, including Cloudflare Stream.

  • Payment processors and billing providers, including Stripe and Wix payment connectors.

  • CRM, email, and marketing providers, including HubSpot and any newsletter provider we use.

  • Analytics providers, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and similar tools.

  • Advertising partners for ad-supported areas, such as Google AdSense, Media.net, or another approved ad network, depending on our final implementation.

  • Professional advisors, such as attorneys, accountants, consultants, insurers, and auditors.

  • Authorities, courts, or others where required by law or to protect rights, safety, security, or property.

  • Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.

We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on our advertising settings, we may disclose limited online identifiers and internet activity information to advertising partners in a way that may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Where required, we will provide an opt-out mechanism.

8. Cookies, Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Service, authenticate users, secure accounts, remember preferences, measure performance, analyze traffic, support video playback, provide CRM/email functionality, and deliver or measure advertising. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe and Wix payment services. We receive limited information about transactions, such as payment status, plan, amount, billing cycle, and transaction identifiers. Full payment card numbers are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by us on our own servers.

10. International Transfers

We are based in the United States and may process, store, or transfer personal information in the United States and other countries where our vendors operate. If you are outside the United States, your information may be transferred to countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Service, maintain accounts and membership records, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and protect rights. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and our legal/business needs.

Account and membership records — For the life of the account and a reasonable period after closure for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes.

Payment and transaction records — As required for tax, accounting, chargeback, fraud-prevention, and legal compliance purposes.

Support and communications — As needed to respond, maintain business records, and improve service.

Analytics and log data — For periods determined by the analytics or hosting tools and our operational needs.

Marketing contacts — Until you unsubscribe or we determine the data is no longer needed, subject to suppression lists where required.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no website, streaming platform, payment system, or transmission method is perfectly secure. You are responsible for using a strong password, keeping login credentials confidential, and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.

  • Subscriptions: You may cancel or manage subscriptions through your account/subscription page where available.

  • Marketing emails: You may unsubscribe using the link in our marketing emails or by contacting us.

  • Advertising: Where required, you may opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising by using our opt-out link or cookie settings once implemented.

16.2 California Rights

Subject to exceptions and verification, California residents may have the right to:

  • know/access categories and specific pieces of personal information collected;

  • delete personal information;

  • correct inaccurate personal information;

  • opt out of sale or sharing of personal information;

  • limit use or disclosure of sensitive personal information where applicable; and

  • not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

16.3 Sale/Sharing; Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose limited identifiers, internet activity, and cookie/device information to advertising or analytics partners. Depending on final ad settings, this may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law or targeted advertising under other state privacy laws. If applicable, we will provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link and honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where required.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

17. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children or minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, contact us at contact@wildsetfree.com.

18. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may link to or integrate third-party websites, platforms, payment providers, video hosts, ad networks, CRM tools, or social media services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Policy.
